Here is the training schedule for this week:
Friday January 28th:
AM GS & SG ski ready to ski on.
Skill Adaptation - skis chosen will depend on snow conditions.
PM GS & SG course over at Pico.
* We will leave the mountain around 11 for lunch and van will head over to Pico at 11:45 – have bags ready to go in the am.
Saturday January 29th :
AM GS & SG ski ready to ski on.
Skill Adaptation - skis chosen will depend on snow conditions.
10-1 SG/GS course Highline
1pm Video review
1:15pm Rest and work on your skis

Training Schedule January 21-23
Hello All,
Hope you are having a great week!
I wanted to congratulate both Sarah & Brendon for qualifying for ERS !!!
Have a great time this weekend ! Will be thinking of you!
As for training schedule this weekend, it will go has follows:
Friday January 21st : GS
AM Tactics and Terrain Adaptation PM Gate training (possibly at Pico or Highline)
Saturday January 22nd: SG
AM Introduction to Super G
11:30-2:30 SG training on Bunny
Sunday January 23rd: SG
AM Tactics and Terrain Adaptation
10 – 12:30 SG training on Bunny
NOTES:
1) Please have both GS ski and SG skis if you have them. If you don’t have SG skis, please have the skis you are planning to use for the Okemo SG.
2) Have your speed suits on also – we will do a couple runs for you to feel the speed.
3) Since there will be a lot of people this weekend, you can use your SG only with Will or I around, NO FREESKING on them ! It’s for your safety and the safety of others.
4) We will be done early on Sunday so you can check out the Dew Tour finals.

Training January 7th - 9th 2011
Hello Everyone !
First of all, I wanted to congratulate all of our J3’s for this weekend race.
The hard work you all put in really pay off !
It’s a good feeling to start the season with the Banner and let’s work hard to keep it every race,
I know we can do it :)
So for this weekend, the race is a Slalom at Pico on Sunday.
To prepare for this, here is our training schedule
Friday:
AM Tactics in a slalom course on Bunny Buster – Meet at Club at 9am
PM We are trying to get a training session at Pico – this will be confirmed
tomorrow.
If it’s not possible, we will be skiing at Killington
Saturday:
AM Fundamental skill development in Slalom until 11am. Meet at Club at 8am
LUNCH 11am – 12pm
PM Slalom course on Highline – this hill is the closest to the race hill at Pico
