KSC J3 March Update

Hello Everyone !

hope you are doing well and you enjoyed the snow over the weekend.

It was amazing snow through out the week ! I want to again congratudulate everyone for their hard work this season.

THE SEASON IS NOT OVER !

There are a couple more races on the calendar if you are interested and training on specific dates.

For the 2nd year J3, there are races out there that can help you set your points for next year.

For the 1st year J3, the more races you do, the more experience you get under your belt.

This is this coming Sunday March 7th at Stratton - GS.

Tom, Nick and I will be there.

If you can confirm your participation in both training and races - that would be appreciated.

At this time of year, the team get divided in different directions and the staff need to be organised to cover where they are needed.

JO's
I would like to congradulate Michelle Martin for making the team to represent Vermont at Junior Olympics. They will be held on March 13th - 16th at Sunday River.

States Results
Here are the results for states:
Michelle Martin 15th
Nikki Sharkin 47th
Kathleen Sheppard 70th
Jamie Coen 73rd
Dylan Rotella 78th
Dominic Wysolmerski 80th
Sawyer Mattsson 91st
Good work guys ! The conditions in which we raced this weekend were not the easiest.
It was fantastic for you guys to make it into this championship and you must see it at a great achievement no matter the results.
Every opportunity to race, is experience under your belt.
And remember what Julie (Vara representative) said:
'National Team Members / Olympians don't all remember participating in States or JO'S in the J3 age group.'
It's what comes after J3 that is what you can focus on...if that is what you want.
Training this weekend
Training will be available this weeekend in GS. Times and Hill space will be posted later on this week.
Please confirm your participation - thank you !
IF YOU HAVE ANY PICTURES FROM THIS WINYER, PLEASE SEND THEM TO ME :)
Cheers everyone !
Don't hesitate to call or email for any questions.
Have a great week !
